Plastic surgery wing of the hospital has the facilities to under take all types of plastic surgical cases.

Reconstructive plastic surgery

Deformities of the body due to injury, disease or birth defects are corrected. Eg: contractures following burns deformed scars, non-healing ulcers; Congenital defects like syndactyly, cleftpalate etc. Micro vascular surgery Replantation of amputed parts- thumb, finger, hand, ear, upper limb, lower limb etc. Free tissue transfers for reconstruction of defects (free flap), toe transfers for fingers etc.

Cosmetic Surgery

Body contouring: Liposuction, Abdominal lipectomy, Thigh reduction, Brachial plasty, Face lift, Facial augmentation and reduction. Rhino plasty, Breast reconstruction, Reduction mammoplasty, Augmentation mammoplasty, Mastopexy, Scar revisions, Dermabrasion, Electrolysis for unwanted hair growth

Hand Surgery

Replantation. Toe transfer, Reconstruction of mutilating injuries of the hand

Craniofacial surgery

Complex Craniofacial reconstruction:
Orbital dystopia, Post traumatic defects, Congenital defects, Cleft lip and Cleft palate

Burn management

The department conducts special clinics for patients with burn scars, as well as manages acute burns.
