Home Heath Care is a special service provided by Century Hospital, to take higher standards of medical and nursing care to the patient’s home. The idea of appropriate emotional support to the patient and his/her relatives is also incorporated into this service.

Facilities included in the scheme

1. Medical Consultation at home
2. Post operative care which includes dressing, medication etc.
3. Skilled nursing care
4. Physiotherapy
5. Hospice care (for terminally ill)
6. Ambulance service in times of hospitalization and discharge from hospital
7. Sample collection for laboratory investigation
8. Periodical visits by the Health Care team
9. Medical care and attention at any time on request

To enrol for the scheme just become a member by paying the registration fees (contact us NOW!)

Once registered, the Home Health Care team from the hospital will visit the
member and do the preliminary examination and collect specimen for routine investigations.

Based on the diagnosis and condition of the member, the team will decide the frequency of further visits and other health care requirements.

Charges for the further visits, treatment and medication will be paid by the member.
